About the Lead Blogger position

We are looking for a skilled blogger who will assist in guiding and managing our team. Your goal will be leading by setting a good example and engaging the team to help it achieve its goals. Your duties will include daily supervision, management and motivation of team members.

We expect you to be a capable leader with excellent communication skills. You should be proactive in order to ensure effective collaboration and optimize team operations.

Lead Blogger responsibilities are:

  • Set clear team goals and motivate team members

  • Help to setup an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture

  • Oversee daily operations, delegating tasks and setting deadlines

  • Discover training needs and provide coaching

  • Interact with team members to receive their feedback and help resolving any problems

  • Supervise team performance and prepare reports on its metrics

  • Encourage high performance, creativity and risk-taking

Team Leader requirements are:

  • 1+ years' experience of working on a Lead Blogger or Supervisor

  • Excellent practical knowledge of performance metrics

  • Good experience with PC, particularly with MS Office

  • Strong communication and leadership skills

  • Strong decision-making, organizational and time-management skills

  • BS or BA in a related field, degree in Management or training in team leading will be a bonus
